Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use broccolimum.com (the "site"), buy our recipe books, meal plans or course, register for a live class, book a call or join our coaching programme. "Broccoli Mum", "we", "us" and "our" means Broccoli Mum Ltd, founded by Ami Deane. By using the site or buying from us you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Everything we share is for general information and education only. It is not medical, nutritional or psychological advice and does not replace advice from your doctor or another qualified professional. Ami and our coaches are not medical doctors or registered dietitians.

Speak to your doctor before changing how you eat or starting any exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, have a medical condition or have a history of disordered eating. Check every recipe for ingredients you are allergic or sensitive to.

Results vary depending on your starting point, goals, health and effort. Testimonials and results shown on the site are real experiences of individual customers and are not a promise or guarantee that you will get the same results.

• Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed and include any taxes we are required to charge.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Your order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if there is an obvious pricing error or we suspect fraud.
• If you choose a payment plan, you authorise us to charge your card on each scheduled date until the plan is paid in full. Missed payments may pause your access.
• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless we say so.

Our recipe books, meal plans and course are digital. After payment you get instant access by download link, email and the My orders page. Nothing is posted to you.

When you buy, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own home use. You may print copies for yourself. You may not share, resell, copy, publish, upload or distribute our recipes, photos, videos or course material, in whole or in part, or use them commercially, without our written permission. All content on the site belongs to Broccoli Mum or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

Because digital products are delivered straight away, by completing your purchase you ask us to give you access immediately and you accept that you lose any statutory right to cancel once access is given. Digital products are therefore non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise.

If a file is faulty, will not download or is not what was described, email admin@broccolimum.com within 30 days and we will fix it, replace it or refund you. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Coaching programmes have their own enrolment terms, which we share with you before you join. Those terms apply to refunds and cancellations for coaching.

Coaching places are limited and we offer them by application. Booking a call or submitting an application does not guarantee a place. When you book a call, please turn up on time or reschedule using the link in your confirmation. We may reschedule or cancel calls and live classes and will let you know if we do.

Coaching is a support and accountability service. You remain responsible for your own health decisions, and you should keep seeing your own doctor. Please be kind and respectful to our coaches and other members. We may remove anyone from a call, class or community who is abusive or disruptive.

Program. Broccoli Mum sends recurring automated marketing texts (recipes, offers, new books and live class invitations) to people who opt in, and booking texts such as confirmations, reminders and coaching updates. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Our full Mobile Terms of Service apply.

• Message frequency varies. Marketing texts are usually a few a month and no more than 6 a month.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. We will send one final message to confirm, and then no more texts unless you opt in again.
• For help, reply HELP to any message or email admin@broccolimum.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will not share your mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

Please use the site lawfully. You must not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape or copy its content, or use it to send spam or harmful material. If you leave a review or comment, you confirm it is honest and your own, and you give us permission to show it on our site and marketing. We may remove anything we consider inappropriate.

We work hard to keep the site and our products accurate and available, but we provide them "as is" and cannot promise they will always be error free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from how you use the information we share, including any health outcome. Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer you keep any protections given by the laws of the country where you live.
