My name is Ami, I am a crazy, messy mum of two, and life long vegan. And guess what, I used to weigh 60lbs more than I do now. Yes... even as a vegan!

 

Being vegan does not guarantee weight loss or health. But through a whole food plant based diet, along with a simple understanding of calorie density and habit formation, I lost 60lbs. But more importantly, I understand how to keep it off for life whilst eating huge portions, and never counting calories again!
